Due to lack of actual time to code this site, and lack of real necessity, I've decided that this site is not high on the priority list. It may not actually happen, at least not any time soon.

I could keep the domain and certainly host OTA packages for free on it. But until I have time to put into it, it doesn't look like it'll become what I originally envisioned. I envisioned it to be a really easy site for Blackberry App developers to quickly (instantly) post their app to the web, with added benefits of "information" pages and download stats on their applications. If you would like to develop or continue this site further, please e-mail me.

Yeah, that's true. That was the reason I closed my MySpace... the sheer amount of trashy ads. More than half of the screen was ads, and there was no point in adblocking them because of all of the white space. Hopefully Facebook won't sink that low.

It's not that they are annoying... it's just that the remake was created to place more ads. Even with adblock blocking them... there is still a lot of wasted white space.

Ok, I think the obvious answer here is AdBlock Plus and Firefox. I use that, and I have yet to see many of these ads that you are talking about. Plus, if you get the AdBlock Element Helper, you can explicitly tell AdBlock what to block if it for some reason doesn't automatically pick up a specific ad.
